Refund Policy

The Utmost Cookie Policy requires payment in full for custom orders. We cannot hold your spot on our calendar until your order is paid in full.

• Custom orders cancelled 1 month in advance of the due date will receive 100% refund.
• Custom orders cancelled 2-4 weeks in advance of the due date will receive 75% refund.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled less than 2 weeks of the due date. If your event is postponed, please contact me for freezing instructions as these cookies freeze very well.

All cookies should be carefully inspected upon receipt. We do not offer refunds for broken cookies after delivery.

Please make sure to properly care for cookies:

• Do not leave in car in heat
• Do not refrigerate (but can be frozen with instructions)
