- Custom orders need to be placed a minimum of 2 weeks (more preferably) before pick up date. Payment in full is required to secure order and reserve the date. We cannot hold your spot on our calendar until your order is paid in full. I accept Venmo, checks, cash, or you can pay with debit or credit card online.

Custom orders cancelled 1 month in advance of the due date will receive 100% refund.

Custom orders cancelled 2-4 weeks in advance of the due date will receive 75% refund.

Due to preparations that I will have made for your custom order, custom orders cannot be cancelled less than 2 weeks of the due date. If your event is postponed, please contact me for freezing instructions as these cookies freeze very well.
- Flavors and quantities need to be chosen when the order is placed. Changes can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed and an additional charge may apply.
- There is a minimum of 2 dozen for cookies and 18 cupcakes for CUSTOM orders.
- I will also be doing pre-orders for holidays and special events. Watch this page for details. Pricing, pick up, and delivery details will be included in those posts.
- Due to copyright laws, characters and logos may not be used without permission. However, designs can be created to complement your theme.
- Customers are responsible for the condition of their baked goods. Refunds or replacements are not offered.
- Products are photographed for display and promotional purposes to be used after your event date has passed as to not ruin any surprises.
- Allergy Statement: Products are made in a home kitchen where they either contain or may come into contact with milk, wheat, eggs, nuts, soy, or other allergens. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify anyone consuming them of that risk and will not hold us responsible for any allergic reactions.
- Payment serves as acknowledgment and agreement of these terms.
Pricing:
Cookies are priced based on how many designs per dozen and extent of detail (piping, metallic, # of colors). Please see the 4 different categories below for pricing and descriptions. Please keep in mind that this is a generalized guide, to receive a custom price estimate fill out the order inquiry form by clicking here.
1. Basic Design: (minimal detail, no metallic, 3 colors, 3 designs)
- $24/dozen for mini (2-2.5”) cookies
- $48/dozen for large (3-4”) cookies
2. Detailed Design: (piping detail, metallic, +3 colors, 4 designs)
- $55/dozen for large (3-4”) cookies
4. Logo cookies: (made on edible printer and may includes custom detail)
- $36-42/dozen for large (3-4") cookies
- The Utmost Cookie has an “eddie”, edible printer that allows for logos and pictures to be directly printed on cookie. Please fill out request form for pricing.
5. Pre-sales for holidays and events are generally listed on the website approximately 1 month prior to delivery. A cut-off date will be listed in order to reserve your item.
